Teaching Background:

April has been teaching a variety of group fitness for over 20 years.  She enjoys challenging her mind by trying out new workouts which helps keep her workouts current and motivating.  

What she loves about Versa:

I fell in love with the VersaClimber the first time I took a class.  Cardio is my middle name and the workout on the VersaClimber does not disappoint!   This is a high intensity workout that works the entire body in just 30 minutes. It leaves you with a cardio high and wanting more.
