Frequently asked questions
How many classes should I take each week? We recommend 3-4 classes per week if you want to see your cardio endurance improve quickly! A minimum of twice a week is recommended. The more you come, the faster you will see results.
What should I know about my first class? Make sure you arrive 10 minutes early! You need athletic shoes and we recommend bringing water and a towel. Eat something light and with protein about an hour before you come. We don’t recommend working out on an empty stomach.
How do I purchase and book a session? Download the LVL Fitness app from the App Store. Choose your location and book away.
How early should I arrive for my first class? Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class. You will not be permitted to take class if you are late. Late clients spots will be given to those on the waitlist at 5 minutes past class.
What happens if I'm late to a class? You will have to book another class and you will lose your class pass.
How do I cancel a class? Classes must be canceled 12 hours prior to the start of class via the LVL Fitness app. If it’s less than 12 hours, a fee or loss of class will occur.
What is the best method of contacting CLIMB if I have a question? Please reach out via text message with any questions to (661) 570-0221. Please allow up to two days for a response.
What if I think it will be too hard for me? It is always hard to try something new and the first few times may be a bit confusing as you get used to the VersaClimber. But give it two weeks or maybe 10 classes and we promise you will feel stronger and more comfortable in class. We have clients of all ages and athletic abilities in class. Remember that everyone has to start somewhere! The great thing about our classes is that everyone can work at their level in class and the instructors can modify and advance the workout so that everyone gets something that fits their needs. You can take breaks during class if you need to!
How does the waitlist work? If you are on the waitlist, you need to check if you got into class (if enrolled in the auto text you will receive a text message). It is YOUR responsibility to remove yourself from the waitlist if you DO NOT want to attend class. You can be added into the class up to two hours prior to the class start time if you are on the waitlist. Once you are added, if you do not show up or you late cancel, all late cancel/no show fees will apply.
How long are the classes? Most VersaClimber classes are 30 minutes – short, efficient, and designed to fit into any busy schedule. We do offer CLIMB and strength classes which are 45 minutes and consist of 30 minutes on the VersaClimber followed by 15 minutes of resistance band work. We also offer mile-high classes which are 45 minute classes designed for advanced climbers!
What type of shoes do I need to wear? For the best VersaClimber experience, proper footwear is essential. Athletic shoes provide stability, support, and grip so you can climb with confidence. Look for lightweight, breathable sneakers with a firm sole that keeps your foot secure while allowing smooth, controlled movement. The right shoes help protect your joints, improve performance, and make every climb feel stronger and safer.
Your health is the best investment you’ll ever make. Pick your plan today and let’s climb together.
